Excavation
We dig and level the build site to the correct depth and dimensions, with surveyors using a robotic total station for exact placement on the lot.
Footers
Concrete footers are formed and poured first. They spread the weight of the structure and give the walls a stable base below the frost line.

Aluminum forms are set, reinforced with rebar, and filled with ready mix concrete to create strong, continuous walls.
Waterproofing

What Cleveland-area soil and climate demand from a foundation
